Runaway truck takes out power, smashes cars on Arkansas

At around 9:30am on Tuesday, July 19, a moving truck parked on Arkansas between 19th and 20th broke loose and rolled down the street, coming to a stop only after crossing 19th Street, destroying two cars and smashing a power pole out of the ground. Electricity to the neighborhood was interrupted a few times while PG&E got things back up. Fortunately, no one was injured.
