Couleur Cafe - Menu for Hope

couleur_Cafe
Dogpatch resident and Food Blogger, Sam Breach of Becks & Posh is participating in 'Menu for Hope' - a fundraiser for UNICEF's efforts to help out Earthquake-stricken areas of India and Pakistan.

One of the prizes is dinner for two at the recently opened Couleur Cafe in Potrero Hill. Couleur Cafe is owned by the same group of people who run Chez Maman, Chez Papa and Baraka, and is the bright yellow restaurant located next to Sally's at 16th & De Haro.

Here's an overview of Couleur Cafe from Sam:
"If you are familiar with Chez Maman, you will find that Couleur Cafe is in the same vein. Reasonably priced small plates, salads, sandwiches, burgers and French cafe fare. Best of all, Couleur is open until 3am from Wednesday through Saturday - the perfect place to stop for a late night snack. The short wine list is very reasonably priced and you can be sure that Thierry (Couleur's manager) will give you the warmest of welcomes. Couleur is open for breakfast and brunch too."

Read more about winning dinner for two at Couleur Cafe and prizes from other Bay Area food vendors at Becks & Posh.

While you're there, be sure to also check out Sam's reviews of Chez Maman and Chez Papa.

Very tasty and a nice addition to our neighborhood. Prices very reasonable and food very good.
$4 draft beer, too - cheaper than than "Bistro 350" and waaaay better atmosphere.
