crack is wack

Bayview Plainclothes Officers Lyons and Fitzpatrick, Aherne, Scott, Stoumen, and Sgt. Fabbri were on foot patrol in the Potrero Hill Projects when they saw a man walking towards them.  When the man saw them, he immediately turned around and began walking away.  The officer caught up with the man and recognized him as a person they have arrested before.  The man was arrested for trespassing.  During the arrest search, officers found, crack cocaine, a crack pipe, and a dagger in his possession. 900 Connecticut, Possession of Narcotics, 5:20 pm
