Taking a stroll while on parole

Plain-clothes officer were on foot when they observed a person known to them to be on parole. They detained this person and ran a warrant check. Yes he had a warrant violating his parole. He was booked at County Jail. 900 block Conneticut, Warrant arrest, 6pm
