Attempted Murder with a Gun

Bayview Officer Martinez responded with other Officers to an address on Missouri St. and discovered a violent crime scene. Officer Farrell was tending to a gunshot victim who had been banging on a neighbor’s door for help. The victim was bleeding uncontrollably from a shot to the neck. The victim stated that he had been shot as he sat in a car across the street. He then became uncooperative and refused to provide any further details. The victim was transported to SFGH for treatment. Officers found a spent bullet casing at the crime scene, but could not locate any other witnesses. Sunday, January 29, 2006, 4:30 AM.
