Warrant and Crack Cocaine Arrest

Officers responded to the area of the Caltrain station on 23rd and Iowa Streets in response to a 911 caller that said a man was in the area looking into cars. The officers spotted the man in the area and found that he had two warrants for theft related offenses as well as crack cocaine in his possession. Fortunately, because of the alertness of the citizen and the diligence of the officers no cars were broken into.
